Assessed Values for the Town of Bedford real properties reflect the Certified Values by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue for Fiscal 2010 (July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010) and are the basis for Fiscal 2010 real estate tax rates. These assessed values are based on sales from calendar 2008.
Fiscal Year 2010 tax rates are:
Residential $13.08 | Open Space $9.81 | C/I $29.51
Data, that has been updated since the Certified Values
were approved, is available from the office staff at the Assessor's Office in the Bedford Town Hall at 10 Mudge Way.
